Terms Of Service

Payment:
• I only take commissions and payment through Fiverr or Kofi.
• Payment must be made in advance of receiving the artwork, if anything should prevent the completion of the artwork then you will receive a full refund.
Copyright:
• Do not claim my artwork as your own if you have not purchased it, and do not pretend to be me.
• Commercial Use: This relates solely to the image I create, not the character design. You may not sell my artwork for profit, especially if you are a business. Unless, the buyer lets me know the full details of what they are making and we agree on a fair pay for my contribution before any purchase is made, in writing.
• Personal Use: The character design is entirely yours after purchase, so you are welcome to do with it as you please, make edits to your character's design, change their name/species etc, have other artists draw the OC, get a fursuit made of the character, make an animation of them, etc.
(If you are unsure whether your activity would class as personal or commercial use, please message me on Fiverr or Kofi before you purchase anything and I will let you know.)
• You must always credit me where credit is due; by tagging me (@damson_fox on twitter or @damsonfox elsewhere) or by providing a link to one of my accounts if it's on a site that I don't use.
Resale/Trade:
• You may resell my art work or character design as long as it is not for profit. i.e. you sell for the same price you bought it for. You may increase the price if you have added more artwork to the character, but it must still reflect the amount you have paid in total.
• You may also trade your character as long as it is not for profit.
Process:
• Completion time is usually between 1 or 2 weeks, I will message you to let you know if it will take longer for any reason.
• You can have up to 2 revisions. A revision is where I change faults in the image. Adding things that you did not tell me initially or during progress updates, do not count as a revision and you will be charged for the extra work! (This includes changing your mind on the design/not having any idea of what you want.) I am incredibly patient, but I have to draw a line as it effects my other customers if a commission takes too long.
• I will updated you with WIPs (Work In Progress updates) throughout the drawing process or upon request.
• I MAY USE THE IMAGES I CREATE ON MY SOCIAL MEDIA! I will always ask before I do. But if you have an issue with this please let me know.
• I DO NOT draw NSFW!!! Hugs, kisses and suggestive poses are fine!! No exposed genitalia!!!
• I will draw most species (including humans and mech) but I will not draw closed species.
